I have always thought that agriculture should be synonymous with nature. So in 2000 I decided to go down the organic farming route with this concept in mind. So in my vineyards I try to avoid synthesised chemical products by repeatedly using targeted agronomic intervention. But my respect for nature is also a result of small fads that could make some people smile. For example, my concern for the trees that I feel obliged to leave in place, even when they are in the middle of the vineyards. They are the best friends of my vines.
